100000 Tons NPK Compound Fertilizer Production Line Technique
The NPK compound fertilizer has low requirement to the formula. Steam with a pressure of 4-6kpa is introduced into a rotary drum granulator, which is then mixed with powder phosphorus, potash fertilizer or other nitrogenous manure for further granulation with conditioner.
This compound fertilizer production line is particularly suitable for high nitrogen compound fertilizers which can produce a variety of fertilizers with concentrations ranging from 25% to 48%. As the moisture content of the materials in the granulation process is 3-5%, the drying capacity is increased by 20%-40%, which greatly increases the fertilizer yield and reduces the consumption.

The whole compound fertilizer production process: raw material batching, raw material mixing, granulation process, drying process, cooling process, screening process, coating process and packaging process.
Automatic mixing control system.
Raw material ingredients:
Raw materials, such as ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate, supercalcium and superphosphate), KCL (potassium sulfate) according to a certain proportion of ingredients (according to market demand and local soil) test results).
Material mixing and granulation:
Uniform mixing of raw materials, improve the nutrient content of granular fertilizer. After the mixture is evenly mixed, the raw materials are transferred to the drum granulator for granulation: steam and ammonia are introduced, or phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate slurry, nitrogen solution, calcium carbonate slurry are added, and a series of chemical reactions take place in the drum. A small amount of water can be added throughout the NPK fertilizer manufacturing process. The rotating drum rolls and rotates, and the material aggregates into fertilizer particles at specific temperatures and humidity. This is the whole NPK fertilizer granulation process.
Drying And Cooling Of Fertilizer Particles:
Transfer NPK fertilizer to a drum dryer to dry the water contained in the fertilizer granules and increase the fertilizer intensity. After drying, the fertilizer tends to agglomerate due to high temperature, so NPK granular fertilizer needs to be cooled for easy storage and transportation. We chose the rotary drum cooler because it is efficient and has large output per hour.
Screening And Packaging Of NPK Fertilizer Particles:
Screening of fertilizer particles. Substandard fertilizer should be re-standardized and coated with standard NPK fertilizer for brightness, and then packaged with automatic fertilizer packaging machine.
