2.1 The batching machine dispenses raw materials according to the formula. The main raw materials for making fertilizers are ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and so on.The material is then thoroughly mixed with a disc mixer using a mixing arm and small blades.

2.4 Next, the particles go through a drying and cooling phase. In the process, the dryer removes excess moisture from the particles to increase their density and also helps store them.
2.5 Drum is responsible for the classification of qualified or unqualified particles. Qualified products will be shipped to the finished product warehouse. Those that fail will be sent back for recycling.
